We deliver AI\-powered Blue Team systems that help organizations automate SOC operations, enhance regulatory compliance (DORA/NIS2\), and reduce cyber risks through intelligent threat detection and automated defense responses. Our mission is to provide cutting\-edge AI services that make cybersecurity smarter, faster, and more proactive. We are expanding in Europe and looking for a **English speaking Account Executive** to drive new customer acquisition. **Role Overview** As a **Account Executive** @**Business Developer**, you will generate leads, run outbound campaigns, book meetings, and close small\-to\-mid\-size cybersecurity deals. You will work closely with the founder, who will support demos and technical discussions. This is a **remote job,** with **€500/month base pay \+ high commission percentage**. **Responsibilities** * Identify and target SMEs and mid\-market companies in Europe. * Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events). * Build and maintain a sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM. * Conduct discovery calls with CEOs, CTOs, and Heads of Compliance. * Pitch **Ai Service, Cybersec SOC Service , Time \& material** pilot programs and SOC services. * Coordinate demos with the founder or technical team. * Negotiate contracts and close deals. * Report weekly on KPIs and pipeline progress. **Requirements** * **English professional** * 1–3 years B2B sales experience (IT, SaaS, Cybersecurity preferred) * Comfortable running cold outreach campaigns * Strong communication skills with technical and C\-level stakeholders * Entrepreneurial mindset: self\-driven, result\-oriented \& organized * Familiarity with SOC, cybersecurity, or DORA/NIS2 is a plus (training provided) **KPIs / Expected Output** * 50–100 outreach messages/day (LinkedIn \+ email) * 3–6 meetings booked/week * 2–4 qualified opportunities/month * 1 deal every 1–2 months (pilot or SOC) **Compensation \& Benefits** * €500/month base pay (freelancer, part\-time) **Commissions:** * 10% on AI Projects * 5% on SOC/MDR monthly subscriptions (for 6 months) * 7% on Time \& Material AI/Data/SOC resources (for 6 months) * Flexible, remote work from anywhere in Europe * Tools provided: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot CRM, email templates * Opportunity to work with cutting\-edge AI cybersecurity technology * Long\-term partnership potential * Target MRR 50K EUR in Q2 2026 **Job type:** Full\-time, Part\-time **Expected hours:** 35 per week * English (Preferat) **Contact:** Dartificial **Email:** info @dartificial.com Job Types: Full\-time, Internship Contract length: 12 months
