Profile sought: * University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar). Mandatory. * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated environments (desirable). Specific experience in tabletting will be valued. * Minimum B2 level in English (spoken and written). * Knowledge and experience in applying the GPS system (GSK Production System) or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance, process equipment, and automation. * Analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and results-driven. * Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. * Proactive attitude and fast learning capability.
