At GSK, we are seeking a Vaccines Account Specialist (VAS) to manage hospital accounts within your strategic area and report to Regional Management. What will you do? * Establish and optimize vaccination pathways within assigned accounts, coordinating relevant hospital services. * Define, implement, and execute the action plan for assigned hospitals, achieving objectives and managing budgets to maximize impact. * Maintain collaborative relationships with Preventive Medicine and clinical specialties to improve patient identification and referral. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and complete required documentation. Profile we are looking for * Strong negotiation skills and ability to align interests among multiple stakeholders. * Experience in multidisciplinary projects and ability to foster collaboration among stakeholders. * Autonomy, results orientation, and effective decision-making. * Prior experience in a hospital setting, preferably in specialized medical detailing. * A university degree in Health Sciences, Economics, or related fields is preferred. * Residence in Catalonia or willingness to travel within the region.
