Opportunity to grow rapidly alongside the product DESCRIPTION ### **About Kämpe** Kämpe is a platform that helps young people find jobs and develop professionally in technical sectors such as electricity, HVAC, or plumbing. We combine: * employability, * training, * technology, * and human mentorship To create a new category we call "formative profession". We are building internal tools and digital products that enable us to scale mentorship to thousands of users. ### **What We’re Looking For** We seek a technically skilled individual with a "builder" mindset—someone capable of using AI and modern tools to rapidly build products. We are not looking solely for a traditional programmer. We are especially interested in someone who: * enjoys creating things, * learns quickly, * uses AI naturally in their daily work, * and has a practical, real-world problem-solving mindset. This role is deeply connected with all other areas of Kämpe—not isolated within a closed technical team. We don’t expect you to know everything upon joining. We value potential, technical curiosity, and genuine eagerness to learn. Part of our job will be helping you develop stronger technical judgment and a fast yet sustainable approach to software development. ### **What You’ll Do** You’ll work on highly varied projects related to: * internal process automation, * tools for operational teams, * integrations between platforms, * rapid product prototyping, * AI-based internal systems, * and continuous improvement of user experience. Some real examples: * Design and develop gamification mechanics for the app * Prototype new learning and engagement experiences * Build backend services in Python/FastAPI * Connect external APIs (Stripe, Kajabi, Viterbit, etc.) * Create internal tools for other teams * Improve user onboarding and tracking flows * Identify errors or limitations in AI-generated code * Rapidly build MVPs ### **Ideal Profile** We’re especially interested if you: * Have built personal projects or automations * Use AI constantly for programming or product creation * Can operate autonomously * Enjoy experimenting with and learning new tools * Have a practical, execution-oriented mindset * Know how to find solutions without constant instructions ### **Stack / Tools** We don’t expect mastery of everything, but familiarity with several of these technologies is expected: Highly valued * Claude Code and AI-first development tools * Python * FastAPI * REST APIs * Webhooks * SQL databases * Git/GitHub ### **Important** We value more: ability to build, adaptability, speed, judgment, and an AI-first mindset—over years of experience or highly academic knowledge.
