Lead production transformation and negotiate purchases. **Job Description:** ---------------- QUALIS IS SEEKING A PRODUCTION MANAGER FOR A MAJOR INDUSTRIAL COMPANY NEAR LOGROÑO. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing system by leading the management of the production process and human resources. Key duties include: - Organize daily operations by monitoring and improving the production process. - Supervise production planning. - Lead and manage human capital. - Utilize key performance indicators to support decision-making. - Optimize warehouse management systems. - Minimize production losses. - Monitor timelines and productivity. - Lead transformation initiatives within production areas. - Negotiate component purchases. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: A professional profile with a degree in Engineering or equivalent, deeply engaged and closely involved in the production process. Approximately 5\-7 years of experience in similar roles within small or medium-sized plants. Good command of English. A dynamic professional, results-oriented, highly flexible and proactive, with strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and convey ideas effectively, as well as lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
