The objective of the person joining will be to lead industrialization within Manufacturing Engineering in our wind generator business. Main responsibilities of the position will also include: * Manage Process Change Projects; Drawing Changes, Internalizations, etc. * Lead PFMA * ECR Management * Coordinate/drive LEAN projects * Define and continuously improve internal Manufacturing Engineering processes * Lead Design Modification Proposals in Manufacturing Engineering * Assess feasibility/investment needs in new projects * Collaborate on design optimization with cost orientation REQUIREMENTS: * Engineering degree * Industrial process management: Knowledge of time and methods, production flows, and quality standards. * Courses or certifications in specific areas such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, project management, or production technologies. * Fluent English.
