Reporting to the Project Manager, responsibilities include: * Coordinating with the Project Manager the assignment and efficient use of resources in projects. * Leading launch meetings, managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring fluid communication and resolving incidents or conflicts, escalating critical ones. * Ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer satisfaction by monitoring objectives, milestones, incidents, and KPIs. * Monitoring costs, margins, investments, and risks, anticipating deviations and defining actions to ensure project profitability. * Defining, adjusting, and controlling project planning and timing, presenting alternatives according to progress. * Documenting milestones and results, sharing learnings and contributing to customer satisfaction assessment at project closure. * Taking ownership and leading the overall relationship from the outset, identifying needs and business opportunities. * Ensuring adherence to internal procedures defined by the organization. **Requirements for the position**: * Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical/Organizational specialization. * Experience in project and team management, preferably in the automotive sector. * Skills in management, negotiation, teamwork, and customer orientation. * Knowledge of English and/or German. * Commercial mindset.
