Joining us means working on cutting\-edge solutions that make AI faster, greener, and more accessible — and being part of a company often described as a “quantum\-AI unicorn in the making.” #### **We offer** * Competitive annual salary * Two unique bonuses: signing bonus at incorporation and retention bonus at contract completion. * Relocation package (if applicable). * Fixed\-term contract, ending in June 2026\. * Hybrid role and flexible working hours. * Be part of a fast\-scaling Series B company at the forefront of deep tech. * Equal pay guaranteed. * International exposure in a multicultural, cutting\-edge environment. **As a DevOps Project Manager**, you will * Lead end\-to\-end delivery of infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud\-related projects * Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies * Coordinate cross\-functional teams including Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud, Security, and Application teams * Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment * Facilitate project planning, sprint planning, stand\-ups, retrospectives, and status reviews * Track and report on project progress, milestones, and KPIs * Ensure projects align with architectural standards, security requirements, and compliance guidelines * Identify and mitigate risks related to cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and platform reliability * Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tooling **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technical environments * Proven experience managing **Infrastructure, DevOps, or Cloud projects** * Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as **AWS and/or OpenStack** * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.), and containerized environments * Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid project methodologies * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business impact * Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, etc.) * Superb presentation skills and executive communication * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross\-functional teams effectively. * Solid organizational and time\-management skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail * Perfect command of English (Fluent or Native) **Preferred Qualifications** * Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Hands\-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, EKS, IAM, etc.).
