**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with natural leadership skills to oversee the execution of mechanical work in a technological infrastructure construction project. The Mechanical Supervisor will be directly responsible for managing on-site personnel, organizing tasks, and ensuring that all work is carried out according to drawings, quality specifications, and safety regulations. This role is essential for daily site progress and requires a candidate with strong practical experience and leadership capability.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Daily supervision and coordination of assigned on-site personnel (skilled workers, assistants) during the installation of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, piping, etc.).
* Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure correct work execution.
* Organize tasks, assign duties, and monitor workforce performance.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all activities performed by the team.
* Monitor the quality of received materials and completed work, identifying potential deviations and reporting them.
* Manage the efficient use of tools, equipment, and machinery assigned to their area.
* Assist in resolving minor technical issues arising on-site.
* Report work progress, material requirements, and incidents to the site manager or Mechanical Manager.
* Maintain order and cleanliness in their work area.
* Higher-level vocational training in Thermal and Fluid Systems, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or similar role in construction projects, preferably in industrial, commercial, or complex infrastructure settings (Data Centers).
* Solid practical knowledge of the assembly, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, fire protection, plumbing, piping networks, and pumping equipment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, organize work, and solve problems on-site.
* Strong commitment to safety and quality in execution.
* Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.

The Electrical Supervisor will be directly responsible for managing the team of electricians on site, organizing tasks, and ensuring that work is carried out according to design drawings, electrical regulations, quality specifications, and safety standards. This role is essential for daily electrical progress on site and requires a candidate with strong practical experience and leadership capabilities.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned on-site personnel (journeyman electricians, assistants) during the execution of electrical installations.
* Interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure proper installation of wiring, electrical panels, cable trays, lighting fixtures, grounding systems, etc.
* Organize work assignments, distribute tasks, and monitor the productivity of electrical labor.
* Ensure strict compliance with the Low Voltage Electrical Regulations (REBT) and other applicable electrical codes, as well as health and safety regulations.
* Monitor the quality of received electrical materials and completed work, identifying potential deviations and reporting them.
* Manage the efficient use of tools, measuring equipment, and machinery assigned to their area.
* Assist in resolving minor technical issues arising on site.
* Report work progress, material requirements, and incidents to the site manager or Electrical Manager (if applicable).
* Maintain order and cleanliness in their work area.
* Higher vocational training in Electrical Installations, Electrical Maintenance, or equivalent.
* An authorized installer license is desirable.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role within construction projects, preferably in large industrial, commercial, or complex infrastructure facilities (Data Centers, substations).
* Solid practical knowledge in assembly, installation, and commissioning of low and medium voltage electrical systems, electrical panels, grounding systems, structured cabling, and lighting.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, organize work, and solve problems on site.
* Strong focus on electrical safety and quality execution.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
