As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance activities, ensuring operational continuity of production lines and compliance with the highest standards in Safety, People, Productivity, Quality, Sustainability, and Service. **Among other responsibilities, you will perform the following tasks:** * Ensure technical availability of equipment and facilities, minimizing downtime and guaranteeing quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. * Develop the failure analysis system and performance indicator management for the department. * Manage and optimize the maintenance budget. * Provide support to maintenance technicians in resolving failures. * Develop plans for machinery improvement and upgrades. * Develop plans for machinery compliance with regulations. * Control, supervise, organize, and allocate maintenance personnel across different workstations according to needs. * Resolve issues related to preventive maintenance management and act as liaison with various departments. * Plan strategies to ensure maximum equipment efficiency. * Supervise, control, and manage external contractors. * Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations (PRL). **Is this job for you?*** You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or similar). * You have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles combining team management with strong field troubleshooting skills (electrical/mechanical) in industrial environments. * You have knowledge in electricity, mechanics, and automation. * You are familiar with industrial machinery: Compressed air, industrial refrigeration, pneumatics, PLCs and displays, steam boilers and generators, valves, and maintenance management systems. * You have experience managing improvement projects. * You have a B2 level of English. **A little more about us** MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER HOME, that's why we exist and that's our goal.
