We are recruiting a **Human Resources Manager** for a corporate group in a phase of growth, consolidation, and expansion, a leader in the transportation and logistics sector in **Zaragoza**.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Define and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the group’s growth strategy.
* Lead cultural and organizational integration of acquired companies, promoting process standardization.
* Develop and implement job description processes, performance evaluations, and development plans.
* Coordinate recruitment, training, and talent development initiatives tailored to operational and technical profiles.
* Manage labor and union relations in an environment featuring multiple collective bargaining agreements and work centers.
* Serve as a key reference point for day-to-day operational HR management, maintaining close proximity to the organization.
* Coordinate and supervise activities of the Occupational Health and Safety department, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper implementation of preventive measures.

**What are we looking for in you?**
* University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration (ADE), or a related field.
* Proven experience in generalist HR roles, preferably within industrial environments.
* Experience managing multiple work centers, collective bargaining agreements, and union relations.
* Willingness to travel regularly among the group’s various locations.
* Competencies: Ability to define and implement HR policies with clear goal orientation and skill in driving their effective execution in operational environments.
