The position involves operating front-end and retractable forklifts to feed production lines, ensuring a consistent and efficient supply of materials. Tasks include using the incoming cart at the unwinder, transporting materials according to specifications, and storing them correctly to optimize logistical flow. Additionally, safe operation of the overhead crane is required for handling loads, guaranteeing material integrity and workplace safety. During periods when no direct forklift-related tasks are performed, the professional will carry out general warehouse support duties—such as assembly laborer or warehouse assistant—contributing to organization and order preparation activities. This role is essential for maintaining continuity of production operations and requires constant coordination with other departments to anticipate needs and prevent disruptions. The work environment is dynamic and situated within a large-scale industrial facility, where precision and efficiency are key values. Compliance with established safety and quality protocols is prioritized, ensuring all activities conform to company standards and applicable sectoral regulations. The company offers a direct and stable employment contract, along with a free shuttle bus service for commuting and medical coverage. The initial schedule includes two weeks of training on rotating morning and afternoon shifts; thereafter, a permanent schedule will be assigned—either rotating (morning or afternoon) or fixed night shift—depending on operational needs, with all shifts consistently lasting 8 hours. A compulsory secondary education (ESO) diploma and at least one year of demonstrable experience in similar roles within an industrial or logistics environment are required. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory, along with manual dexterity, practical problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail in all operations.
