DESCRIPTION **Available locations**: Madrid, Vitoria, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Lisbon Initial training: Zaragoza (12 weeks) Contract type: Permanent from day one Open positions: 6 **What is the Trainee Program?** We are looking for recent engineering graduates interested in critical infrastructure to join our team as QA/CX Engineers (Quality Assurance \& Commissioning) in data center projects. Through our intensive 12-week Trainee Program, you will receive theoretical and practical technical training at our facilities in Zaragoza, guided by professionals with extensive industry experience. After completing the program, you will continue your professional development on real projects located in Madrid, Vitoria, Barcelona, or Zaragoza. Responsibilities * Apply QA/QC and commissioning procedures in critical facilities. * Participate in FAT, SAT, and IST testing. * Prepare and review technical documentation and validation protocols. * Work with multidisciplinary teams (electrical, mechanical, BMS, etc.). * Identify non-conformities and collaborate on their resolution. REQUIREMENTS Required profile * Recent degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum English level B2 (reading, writing, and oral communication); C1 desirable. * Minimum Spanish level B2. * Availability to attend training in Zaragoza and to work in any of the indicated cities. * Interest in the data center, commissioning, and QA/QC sectors. * Analytical skills, proactive attitude, and high motivation to learn.
