To support the group's growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **Expert, with permanent contract, for our Teruel site** The Technical Expert is responsible for providing technical and quality support to the team leader. They observe tasks performed by mechanics and technicians during maintenance and modification activities, investigate and intervene when necessary, in order to validate completed work. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** * **Technical Support and Expertise:** Provide technical and quality support to operational teams, contribute expertise in complex activities, and assist Project Managers with technical matters involving clients. * **Controls, Inspections, and Compliance:** Perform execution checks (physical or documentary), carry out final inspections, prepare and sign necessary documents to ensure all activities comply with organizational procedures as well as EASA/FAA regulations and requirements. * **Training and Skill Transfer:** Participate in the training of mechanics and technicians within their specialty. * **Planning and Documentation:** Contribute to production activity planning and assist in preparing budgets for new projects. * **Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:** Follow safety instructions, use protective equipment, apply SMS (Safety Management System) standards, promote workplace safety, and contribute to continuous improvement processes. **Job Requirements:** Hold a **PART-66 B1 and/or B2 license**, along with **type ratings** on Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft. Demonstrate solid experience in maintenance under PART M and/or PART 145 regulations, having performed oversight roles in planned production activities. **Advanced English proficiency** is essential, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills. Candidates are expected to take on objectives and challenges while ensuring effective performance management. They must act with autonomy, rigor, and organization, capable of structuring tasks and efficiently managing priorities.
