We are looking for someone to manage staff payroll, responsible for its complete preparation. They will also manage personnel files, new employee registration, absence tracking, leave management, salary verification, and subcontractor management. Additionally, they will handle direct procedures with various entities. Candidates must have training in the labor field and good knowledge of payroll management and preparation. An intermediate level of English is a plus, as there will be contact with international offices. Advanced Excel skills are essential. - Plan, supervise, and process the payroll and social security cycle. * Coordinate contracts, registrations/terminations, files, and digital archiving. * Interpret and apply labor agreements and regulations. * Support negotiations and consultations with committees. * Supervise and coordinate the team of technicians and assistants. * Prepare payrolls, final settlements, and severance payments. * Manage registrations/terminations in Social Security and contracts at SEPE. * Tax filings with the Spanish Tax Agency (forms 111 and 190). * Handle inquiries from employees and managers. * Prepare cost reports and reports. Requirements Degree in labor relations, law, or related fields. Additional training in labor legislation, Social Security, as well as in organization and planning. Advanced level in office software is essential. At least 5 years of experience as a payroll and contracts technician in a management agency or labor relations departments.
