You will be responsible for: Supervising, managing, and improving the Quality Management Department and Process System, including finished products, intermediate products, raw materials, and additives, ensuring required quality and regulatory compliance in factory and quarry production processes. Your main responsibilities will be: * Define and implement the quality department strategy and the factory and quarry Quality Plan, establishing control tests and analysis for raw materials, intermediate and final products. * Control and supervise the quality of raw materials, including quarry stone, performing tests to guarantee purity and color before extraction. * Plan and manage tasks derived from the quality strategy, evaluating costs and impact on other departments. * Resolve incidents related to non-conformities in production and customer complaints. * Maintain and improve quality standards and customer satisfaction, handling complaints in person if necessary. * Manage the team, ensuring training and autonomy in their roles. * Ensure order and cleanliness of quality facilities such as the laboratory. * Lead continuous improvement projects and the Quality and Process Control Pillar of the WCM program. * Ensure compliance with quality management system procedures. **Is this job for you?** This opportunity is for you if: * You hold a Bachelor’s degree or Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar profile. * At least 5 years of experience in quality areas, having managed teams. * Mandatory experience in Industry and manufacturing. * Proficiency in office software, databases, and systems.
