We seek a candidate with experience in high-quality construction, accustomed to demanding environments, and capable of ensuring flawless execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Organizing and supervising on-site work. * Coordinating internal teams and subcontractors. * Monitoring execution, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Layout and progress tracking of works according to plans. * Supervising finishes and details in high-demand projects. * Managing materials, productivity, and daily planning. * Implementing and monitoring safety regulations and occupational risk prevention (ORP). * Resolving technical issues on site. Requirements * Experience as a Site Manager in **retail, luxury, or high-finish projects**. * Experience managing teams and coordinating subcontractors. * Strong focus on quality and construction detail. * Training in **ORP 60h (Preventive Resource)**. * Availability to work nationwide. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Problem-solving, organized, and leadership-oriented profile.
