DESCRIPTION We are seeking a **Machining Operator (Third-Class Skilled Worker) to assist the CNC Milling Machine Operator**, with experience in **aluminum and steel machining.** The ideal candidate will be a responsible, precise, and quality-oriented individual capable of interpreting technical drawings and optimizing machining processes for short and medium production runs. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Operate and program **CNC milling machines (Fagor and Heidenhain)** for machining aluminum and steel parts. * **Interpret technical drawings and related production documentation.** * Adjust cutting parameters, tools, and feed rates to achieve **efficient and precise production.** * Perform **modifications and adjustments to CNC programs** according to manufacturing requirements. * Verify part quality using **measuring instruments** (calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.). * **Identify and resolve technical issues** arising during the machining process. * Carry out **basic preventive maintenance** on machines and tools. * Ensure compliance with the company’s established **safety, quality, and productivity standards.** ### **We Offer** * An initial **temporary contract (6 months via an ETT staffing agency)**, with potential for **permanent employment** upon successful completion of this period. * **Gross annual salary: €24,000.** * **Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday**, with **rotating morning and afternoon shifts.** * **Ongoing training** in CNC machining technologies and real opportunities for professional growth. * A stable, modern work environment equipped with state-of-the-art machinery. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** * Vocational Training (FP) or a Vocational Training Cycle in **Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, or a related field.** **Experience:** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in aluminum and steel machining. * Proficiency in using precision measuring tools. * Ability to **read and interpret geometric tolerances and technical drawings.** * Methodical individual with **quality orientation** and attention to detail. * **Proactivity**, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills.
