We are looking for a proactive, organized person with leadership skills to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall management of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency in logistics operations and inventory control. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipment of goods. Manage and lead a team of warehouse operators, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all warehouse operations. Control and optimize inventory levels by conducting periodic counts and ensuring the accuracy of records in the warehouse management system (WMS). Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, production, sales) to ensure an efficient flow of materials and products. Manage loading and unloading operations. Manage traffic and orders. Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and propose solutions to optimize costs and time. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in the warehouse. Supervise maintenance and cleaning of warehouse facilities and equipment. Analyze warehouse performance data and prepare reports for management. Manage relationships with external logistics service providers, if applicable.
