




We are looking for a professional to fill the position of Administrative Technician. Your main responsibilities will include the comprehensive management of a Property Community, covering warehouses, commercial premises, and apartments. To qualify for this position, at least six months of prior experience in accounting is essential. Solid computer skills are also required, including proficiency in the Office suite and accounting software. Holding a Higher Technician qualification in Administration and Finance or a Technician title in Administrative Management, as well as completion of courses in accounting and invoicing, will be positively valued. Job functions include general office accounting, invoicing, and property rental management. We offer an indefinite part-time contract with a maximum half-time working schedule, with working hours to be mutually agreed upon.
