PRL Administrator – Construction Company
**Position Description** We are seeking an **Administrative Officer for Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)** to join the technical department of our company. The selected candidate will work from the office, providing support to the PRL manager in the **document management and preventive coordination of construction projects**. **Main Responsibilities** * PRL document management: coordination of business activities, monitoring of contractors and subcontractors. * Filing and updating of medical certificates, training records, and personnel documentation. * Review of health and safety plans and assistance in report preparation. * Coordination with external prevention services and site managers. * Support during internal and external prevention audits. **Requirements** * **Training in PRL**, preferably a **Higher Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention**. * Previous experience or internships in a PRL department or within the construction sector are desirable. * Basic knowledge of prevention regulations and CAE platforms (Nalanda, CTAIMA, Metacontratas, etc.). * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PDF). * Organized, responsible individual with initiative. * Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to reach the site. **What We Offer** * Joining a **solid and growing company** involved in high-profile projects. * **Stable position** with opportunities for career development within the PRL department. * **Continuous training** in prevention and document management. * **Positive work environment** within a committed and professional team. * **Competitive salary** based on collective agreement and candidate qualifications.
