You will collaborate closely with a predominantly U.S.-based IT team to ensure production continuity, support the rollout of new facilities, and enhance network resilience across all sites. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** * Managing and operating LAN, WAN, and Wi\-Fi infrastructures in high-availability manufacturing environments. * Leading network readiness for new facilities and expansions—including the Zaragoza plant and future Spanish locations. * Administering configurations for routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and ISP circuits—coordinating with vendors and managing incidents. * Establishing and maintaining network standards, documentation, and operational best practices. * Serving as the escalation point for production-impacting network issues and performing complex troubleshooting. **What Will Make You Succeed in This Role?** We seek a professional with at least 7 years of hands-on network engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing or 24/7 environments. Practical experience in Wi\-Fi design, VLANs, routing, firewalls, ISPs, and VPNs is essential. Experience in mission-critical production environments and platforms such as Cisco (Meraki), CloudFlare, Atlassian, monitoring tools, cloud networks (GCP, AWS), and on-premises infrastructures is highly valued. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, given constant communication with international teams. German language proficiency is a plus.
