We seek a Systems Administrator with a strong background in infrastructure and networking for an environment where technology is critical: a combination of industrial plant and corporate services, focused on operational continuity, high-quality technical support, and career progression toward greater technical responsibility. Location: Toledo (45001) Modality: On-site Contract: Permanent | Full-time (40h) Schedule: Mon–Thu 08:00–18:00 (with lunch break) / Fri 08:00–15:00 Your Mission Ensure the daily proper functioning of systems and networks in a production environment, guaranteeing stability, user support, and basic administration of Microsoft platforms, with special emphasis on operational continuity. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Administration and maintenance of systems in industrial environments (Toledo) Preparation and configuration of user devices and production PCs (without intervening in industrial machinery). Management of label printers and associated peripherals. Daily monitoring of systems and the data center (CPD): status review, alert handling, and basic corrective actions. Basic administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, and intraID. Mid-level micro-IT support (to a lesser extent than systems responsibilities). Management of Dell servers, virtual machines, and basic Hyper-V knowledge. Collaborative work with the technical team to ensure service delivery and stability. Technical Environment (Typical Stack) Microsoft 365 | Intune | intraID Virtualization: Hyper-V (basic/intermediate level) Remote access: Dameware, mRemote (or equivalent tools) Dell servers | on-premises environments Networking and infrastructure (cabling, basic routing/switching, troubleshooting) Industrial communication protocols (at knowledge/context level) What We’re Looking For (Mandatory) Proven prior experience in similar roles (minimum 1–2 years in the described environment). Infrastructure and networking knowledge with diagnostic and problem-solving capability. Experience or exposure to industrial environments (plant IT, production, logistics, etc.). Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (at least at comprehension and support level). Strong interpersonal profile: communication skills, collaborative attitude, and service orientation. Especially Valued If You Also Have Proven experience configuring production PCs and industrial peripherals (without touching machinery). Good documentation and standardization habits (procedures, inventory, checklists). Interest in growing into a more comprehensive systems administration role (security, automation, hardening). Stability (permanent contract) in an industrial environment with critical technology. Hands-on learning in systems, networking, and IT operations applied to production. Close collaboration with the technical team, with exposure to real infrastructure (servers, CPD, virtualization). A role with direct impact on daily operational activities.
