This is essential due to the high technical complexity of the role and product. * Professional experience in productive environments where Kaizen and continuous improvement are integrated into daily operations. * Prior experience managing teams of more than 10 people, especially in the manufacturing of machinery and welding of complex metal structures. * Previous experience working with SAP, as it is the ERP system you will need to use if you join our team. If you don't know SAP but have experience with another ERP system, this will also be positively valued. **What will be your mission in the company?** Some of your main responsibilities will be: Managing personnel teams in assigned production lines, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and quality and manufacturing standards in your area. Ensuring achievement of established objectives regarding safety, quality, deadlines, and cost. Proposing, leading, and implementing initiatives and motivating your team in actions related to continuous improvement, reporting to the engineer responsible for your production line.
