




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the store team, ensure smooth operations, manage orders, and deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and supervises the store team in the absence of the store manager. 2. Manages store opening, closing, and ordering. 3. Provides excellent customer service and information. As part of the store team and reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring smooth store operations in the absence of the store manager. * Performing store opening and/or closing (according to your shift). * Coordinating and supervising the team in their daily tasks, making adjustments to cover positions as needed. * Placing orders for supplies and merchandise, and receiving deliveries. * Ensuring the availability and clarity of information via signage, wayfinding, promotional displays, etc. * Addressing and informing customers about their needs and preferences.
