Cost optimization and supplier performance analysis We are seeking a professional to manage the procurement cycle in an industrial setting in Zaragoza, under an indefinite full-time contract. The primary responsibility is to ensure an efficient supply flow by maintaining smooth communication with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery and required quality of orders. This includes managing the entire process from purchase order issuance to receipt, controlling all related documentation and traceability of each transaction. It is essential to analyze supplier performance, review market prices to adjust costs, and maintain up-to-date inventory records. Coordination with logistics and other internal departments is required to anticipate material requirements, prevent stockouts, and optimize transportation routes. The role demands organization, data handling accuracy, and the ability to resolve issues promptly. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for keeping databases updated and preparing reports on procurement status, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations. Professional education in Administration, Logistics, or International Trade. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement or supply departments. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Demonstrable experience with ERP systems. Document management capability and basic data analysis skills.
