Plastic Production Operator

Description

The operator will join a plastic product production line, where they will be responsible for operating and supervising sector-specific machinery. This includes equipment preparation and commissioning, continuous monitoring of operational parameters during the manufacturing process, and performing marking and slitting tasks on material rolls. Work is carried out in an industrial environment, strictly adhering to established quality and safety protocols. Plastic production demands constant attention and precision to ensure final products meet technical specifications. The role requires adaptability to various tasks within the production process and a proactive attitude toward resolving minor incidents that may arise on the line. The professional will work as part of a team, coordinating with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, directly contributing to achieving the plant's production targets. Salary is determined according to the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the sector and includes a transportation allowance and a variable productivity bonus. Working hours follow a rotating seven-day shift system, comprising morning, afternoon, and night shifts. This system entails working seven consecutive days followed by a rest period ranging from four to five days. A valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle are required for commuting. A minimum qualification of Medium-Level Vocational Training or equivalent in a technical or industrial field is necessary.
