We firmly believe that safety is the cornerstone of any successful project, and we seek professionals who share this vision. **Your Role as Preventive Resource:** As a Preventive Resource, you will be a key figure in supervising and managing occupational health and safety on our construction sites. Your primary objective will be to ensure all activities strictly comply with current legislation and Eosol Group’s internal policies, preventing accidents and promoting a proactive safety culture among all personnel. You will serve as the direct liaison between site management, workers, and prevention officers, ensuring smooth and effective communication. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor the proper application of occupational health and safety measures across all phases of construction. * Conduct periodic inspections at construction sites to identify potential hazards and propose immediate corrective actions. * Develop and update Occupational Health and Safety Plans, as well as safe work procedures. * Deliver specific occupational health and safety training to workers. * Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and propose measures to prevent recurrence. * Ensure all personnel have appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and use it correctly. * Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator and other stakeholders on site. * Maintain constant and effective communication with site managers and worker representatives regarding safety matters. * Verify compliance with work permits and other required authorizations prior to commencing high-risk activities. * Promote and foster a positive, participatory safety culture on site. * Manage documentation related to occupational health and safety. * Participate in safety meetings and project progress reviews. **Essential Requirements:** * Technical university degree (e.g., Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent) or higher vocational training related to the field. * Demonstrable experience of at least 4 years as a Preventive Resource on construction projects, specifically in logistics platforms, data centers, industrial facilities, or industrial and civil building projects. * In-depth knowledge of Spanish occupational risk prevention legislation (e.g., Law 31/1995 and Royal Decree 1627/1997, among others). * Ability to identify, assess, and control occupational risks in construction environments. * Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, rigor, and excellent organizational ability. * Availability to work full-time on site. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred). **Desirable (but not mandatory):** * Specific training in Occupational Risk Prevention (Intermediate or Advanced Level). * Experience using project and safety management software. * Knowledge of Lean Construction methodologies. * Additional safety certifications (e.g., working at height, confined space entry). **Why Join Eosol Group?** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the sector, delivering large-scale, high-impact projects. * Dynamic and professional working environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Commitment to the safety and well-being of our employees. * Stable employment contract and competitive conditions.
