At IMPLASER, a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of photoluminescent signage, adhesive stickers, safety signs, evacuation systems, and beaconing; we are seeking to hire a **RESEARCHER/TECHNICIAN with a background in electronics and/or telecommunications** for our Innovation Department located in Alfajarín. **OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED (TO TRAVEL TO THE FACILITIES)** **What will your responsibilities be?** * R&D management: Strategic monitoring through identification of opportunities and projects. Contact with potential new collaborators and joint development of new projects. Proposals for external projects (DGA, CDTI, Eureka, etc.). Reports and justifications. * Electronic Development: Firmware development (C\+\+), hardware development, and sensor design (printed electronics). * Software Development: Maintenance of multi-platform applications, APIs and user systems, as well as internal software development. * Automation and AI vision. * Production digitalization and digital transformation of processes (data collection and processing). * Definition and monitoring of KPIs, and use of Power BI for data analysis. * Product design and development. **Requirements:** \- Degree in Electronics and/or Telecommunications\- Proficiency in office software, knowledge of Navision or experience with ERP/software. \- Knowledge of technical drawing programs (AutoCAD). \- Familiarity with public funding sources for research projects. \- Project management skills. **Benefits:** \- Join an established company, a sector leader, committed to people and innovation. \- Permanent contract. \- Full-time position.
