In Zaragoza, we are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on site. This full-time position requires active on-site presence to ensure projects progress as planned and meet technical standards. The primary responsibility is to coordinate daily activities, guarantee work quality, and promptly resolve any unforeseen issues that may arise. In addition to direct supervision, this role involves efficiently managing resources and materials to adhere to budgets. It also entails maintaining smooth communication among technical staff, subcontractors, and workers. Strong organizational skills and prior experience working directly on construction sites are highly valued, as they are essential for team coordination and task planning. Education: Vocational Training Degree or Compulsory Secondary Education. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is required. Specialized education related to construction is considered an asset.
