Indefinite full-time contract with rotating schedule to assist in the kitchen of a hotel in Valderrobres (Teruel). The main responsibility is to support the chef in preparing dishes, performing mise en place tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting food, as well as preparing basic dishes and salads. It also includes keeping utensils, machinery, and work areas clean and disinfected; receiving and organizing goods in the warehouse or refrigerated chambers; and strictly complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. At least 12 months of experience in a similar position is required. The gross monthly salary starts from an amount to be agreed upon, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications.
