The selected candidate will support administrative, accounting, and organizational tasks of the department, ensuring compliance with internal and external procedures. **Main Responsibilities**: * Accounting * Telephone management and filing of administrative and accounting documentation. * Supplier invoice control * Expense and travel management * Occupational Health and Safety (OHS): Monthly update of documentation across all platforms; weekly monitoring to ensure correctness; management of medical examinations * Invoice, receivables, and payment control. **Requirements**: * Education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in office software (especially Excel and Word). * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work collaboratively. * Knowledge of foreign languages is valued: English. **Offer**: * Full-time employment contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (including a 1-hour lunch break on-site). * Competitive salary based on experience. * Positive work environment, job stability, and opportunities for professional growth.
