Description
A position is available for chassis assembly tasks in the metallurgical sector, located in an industrial park in Zaragoza. The main responsibility involves assembling aluminum chassis and semi-trailers, ensuring all structural components are properly integrated. This process is critical for manufacturing industrial vehicles and demands precision at every step.
On a daily basis, axles, suspensions, and braking systems are installed and adjusted, along with lighting and other accessories. Hydraulic assembly is also performed on tipping units, and bodies are mounted onto chassis. It is essential to be able to read technical drawings and take measurements to ensure compliance with design specifications and production standards. Prior to commencing work, components must be organized according to work orders, and established quality procedures must be followed.
The contract is permanent, with immediate commencement and rotating shifts: morning (6:00–14:00) and evening (14:00–22:00). The annual gross salary ranges between 24\.000 and 28\.000 euros, depending on experience. Attention to detail, responsibility, and a proactive attitude are highly valued to maintain the required work pace and quality standards.
Proven experience in assembling chassis and semi-trailers—preferably aluminum—is required, within the metallurgical sector or industrial vehicle manufacturing industry. The ability to interpret technical drawings and perform dimensional measurements using appropriate tools is mandatory. Knowledge of basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems related to axles, brakes, and lighting is considered an advantage.
