




We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in La Puebla de Alfindén-Zaragoza. Main responsibilities will include supporting general administrative management, sending and tracking emails, and using common office tools such as Word and Excel. The candidate will also handle telephone communication with clients and suppliers, manage purchase orders, file and organize documentation, and collaborate with other departments as needed. A minimum of 12 months of experience in similar roles is required, along with intermediate or higher vocational training in Administration. Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet) are essential, as well as having personal transportation to commute to the workplace. The position offers part-time hours, 20 hours per week from 9:00 to 13:00, with a permanent contract and salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
