For new projects in the railway sector, we require a **Civil Engineering Quality Technician** based in **Teruel**, reporting to the Project Director. Key responsibilities include:
**Responsibilities**
* Preparation of quality plans, inspection point programs, etc.
* Implementation and monitoring of Quality and Environmental Management Plans, as well as the Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW) Plan, ensuring legal compliance.
* Internal audits to monitor implementation of Quality Management.
* Prior communications. Documentation control for both systems: Inspection Point Lists (PPIs), Design Control Sheets (DCS), Design Instructions (DIs), authorized managers, etc.
* Control / execution of inspections and tests for on-site quality control, verification of correct application of provisions stipulated in the General Project Agreement (PGA), and analysis of corrective actions proposed in Non-Conformance Reports generated on site.
* Identification, assessment, and proposal of corrective measures for environmental impacts and risks identified on site.
* Participation in client audits conducted on projects within the scope of responsibility.
* Verification of compliance with the project test plan.
* Supervision of compliance with Quality Plans and quality requirements established for suppliers.
* Management of project indicators and monitoring of applicable processes.
* Management of non-conformances and changes.
**Requirements**:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 2\-3 years’ experience working on construction sites.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing the duties described above.
