Operational incident tracking and resolution We are looking for a professional for an administrative position focused on procurement and logistics in Zaragoza. Main responsibilities include managing and coordinating with suppliers of accommodations, cultural activities, and restaurants, as well as organizing and tracking reservations, purchases, and all logistics related to these services. The role involves requesting, analyzing, and comparing quotations, as well as controlling, updating, and archiving supplier documentation and databases. Additionally, the candidate must track incidents and resolve operational issues, coordinating internally with the team to ensure smooth activity execution. A high school diploma (Bachiller) is required; vocational training or a professional certification in Administration, Commerce, Tourism, or related fields—as well as higher education degrees in relevant areas—will be valued. A minimum of 1 year’s experience in similar roles is required, along with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and tasks simultaneously, and strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. A permanent, full-time contract (38.5 hours per week) is offered, with an annual gross salary of 19\.500 euros.
