For our design kitchen store in Tenerife (Kvik), we are seeking a proactive and methodical **Warehouse/Logistics and Pre-Assembly Supervisor \- Foreman**. You will be the key link between the arrival of our kitchens from Denmark and their flawless delivery to our external installers. What will you do? In this position of trust, you will be the absolute head of the warehouse. Your responsibilities include: * **Stock Management and Control:** Receiving trucks, meticulous verification of delivery notes, and immediate reporting of any transport-related incidents or damages to headquarters. You will keep inventory records constantly up to date. * **Project Preparation (Pre-assembly):** Full management of each kitchen. You will prepare work folders containing technical drawings, parts lists (*picking list*), and shipping labels — both for yourself and your colleague. * **Production:** Lead furniture pre-assembly at a steady pace (minimum target of 5\-6 kitchens per week). You will personally perform pre-assembly tasks and guide your colleague, providing assistance whenever necessary. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate, guide, and support the second pre-assembler in the warehouse. In the future, the team will grow, and you will supervise additional staff. Report directly to company directors. * **After-sales Service and Customer Support:** Handle installation issues occurring at customer sites, maintain direct contact with customers to schedule service appointments, and coordinate spare parts orders with headquarters. * **Orderliness:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse on a daily basis. What are we looking for? * Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics within the wood/carpentry sector. * Experience in kitchen furniture pre-assembly \+ **certified foreman** status. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured mindset (order in documentation and in the warehouse is essential). * Good communication skills for interacting with customers and office staff. * English proficiency is a plus.
