Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant for the Food & Beverage Department. The primary mission of this role is to support the front-of-house team in guest service and ensure smooth service delivery, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s established quality and service standards. Responsibilities: * Assist waiters/waitresses in bar service. * Prepare, set up, and dismantle tables and service areas. * Restock materials, beverages, and products required during service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Attend to guests following instructions from the bar manager. * Collaborate in room and event setup and cleanup. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in internal training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress assistant or internships in food service. * Knowledge of front-of-house service and guest relations. * Ability to follow established instructions and procedures. * Intermediate level of English. * Flexible working hours.
