




Position Summary: We are seeking a candidate to join our Human Resources team, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, selection, and general departmental support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and personnel selection processes. 2. Coordinate with departments to identify staffing needs and training requirements. 3. Provide administrative and internal personnel management support. **Description:** ---------------- At Atlántico Autocentros, a network of workshops across the Canary Islands, we are looking for a candidate to join our Human Resources team at our El Rosario offices. **What profiles do we need?** The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and personnel selection processes, as well as providing HR departmental support in internal personnel management, training, report preparation, internship students, etc. **What responsibilities must be performed?** * Personnel recruitment and selection, from job posting to onboarding. * Coordination with department heads to identify staffing needs. * Management of staff training, including supplier identification and organization. * Coordination with the occupational health and safety department for documentation review and workplace accident management. * Preparation of human resources reports. * Administrative and internal personnel management support (e.g., vacations, absenteeism, document management, etc.) **What can we offer?** Indefinite-term contract Full-time position (40 hours per week) Working hours: Monday to Friday At Neumáticos Atlántico, we are firmly committed to equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
