At **Hovima Costa Adeje**, we are looking for a dynamic, creative, and service-oriented **Hotel Animator** to join our animation team. **Job Mission** To energize recreational, sports, and animation activities, fostering guest engagement, enjoyment, and satisfaction—contributing to a unique and unforgettable hotel experience. **Objectives** * Create a positive and participatory atmosphere in every activity or event. * Encourage customer loyalty through friendly, cheerful, and professional service. * Strengthen guests’ emotional connection with the brand via effective communication. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute and energize the hotel’s animation program, ensuring a fun and safe experience. * Actively promote activities through direct contact, public address systems, posters, and information panels. * Motivate guest participation and proactively resolve questions in an approachable manner. * Represent the hotel professionally, adhering to image, conduct, and protocol standards. * Keep materials and workspaces organized, monitor stock levels, and report incidents. * Apply safety regulations and be prepared to respond promptly to any emergency. * Propose new ideas and activities to enrich the programming, adapting it to the guest profile. * Collaborate on cross-departmental tasks and event setup. **Required Profile** **Education and Required Knowledge** * Degree in Socio-Cultural and Tourism Animation, Physical Education, Performing Arts, Early Childhood Education, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree, Vocational Training Certificate Level 1/2, or Professional Qualification Certificate). * Fluent command of **Spanish** and **English**. **Desirable Education and Knowledge** * Experience or training in sports, leisure, or performing arts applied to tourism. * Competencies in group facilitation and public interaction. * Additional languages (German, French, Italian, etc.). **Experience** * Prior experience in tourism animation, gyms, hotels, or holiday resorts. * Valuable experience coordinating recreational activities or working with groups. **Job Conditions** * High mobility within the hotel. * Ability to adapt to various spaces and work rhythms. * Energetic, proactive, creative profile with excellent social skills. * Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **What We Offer** * Join a professional team within an established hotel chain. * A positive, adult-oriented work environment. * Learning and development opportunities within a dynamic, tourism-focused setting. **Ready to create unforgettable moments?** Join the **Hovima Costa Adeje** team and transform every day into a unique experience for our guests!
