We are currently looking for a **Maintenance Engineer Manager** for our Sachets Unit, whose mission will be to ensure the proper operation of the pharmaceutical plant. **MISSION** Carry out the preventive maintenance plan for assigned production machinery, in collaboration with the mechanics of the operations team. Provide support for major repairs, modifications, and improvements whose required effort and/or complexity cannot be handled by the operations team itself. Periodically analyze machine performance data to define actions. Take responsibility for ensuring machinery documentation is accurate and up to date. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Define and monitor timely and high-quality execution of the preventive maintenance plan. * Support the operations team in major repairs, modifications, and improvements whose required effort and/or complexity cannot be handled by the operations team itself. * Monitor and audit work performed by specialists within the operations teams. * Ensure correct logging of work orders (PDS, OT) in the CMMS, auditing agreed-upon information (intervention type, failure cause, intervention time, etc.). * Periodically analyze machine performance data (corrective work orders, stoppage indices, spare parts usage, etc.) to establish action plans (modifications, general overhauls, adjustments to the preventive maintenance plan, etc.) aimed at increasing equipment availability. * Define and update the list of spare parts to be kept in the spare parts warehouse. * Maintain machinery documentation. * Manage execution of trials: new formats, packaging materials. * Manage development of significant improvements and machinery upgrades, including change control. * Define and approve dimensional and material specifications for new presentations and formats of manufacturing and packaging machines. * Be responsible for keeping skeleton information for assigned machinery up to date. * Support other roles (Engineering, QA, etc.) on machinery-related topics (qualifications, new projects, etc.). * Perform periodic calibration of production equipment instruments. * Design and manage the calibration plan. * Inform the operations team about faulty instruments for repair. * Manage acquisition of formats for existing production lines. * Manage improvements for existing equipment. * Comply with GMP, GLP, GDP or other applicable regulations per current legislation. Report any non-compliance to the person involved and, depending on severity and recurrence, also to the role responsible for regulatory compliance. * Comply with safety and environmental regulations outlined in relevant procedures, guidelines, and work instructions; report to management any situations or actions that may pose risks to processes — both for personal safety and for others potentially affected by professional activities. * Actively participate in and drive continuous improvement and innovation within processes involving this role, identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting innovation.
