**Description:** ---------------- ***Who are we?*** **O7 Hotels** is part of **W2M**, the travel division of the **Iberostar Group.** At O7 Hotels, we continue to grow and are seeking professionals for our 4-star hotel located in **Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife.** We currently have two openings: **Night Receptionist and Night Concierge**, both key positions to ensure an excellent guest experience and the smooth operation of the property. ***Your mission*** Provide professional and approachable customer service, ensuring the proper execution of front-desk operations and contributing to a satisfying guest experience throughout their entire stay. ***What will you do on a daily basis?*** **Receptionist** * Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures. * Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email. * Monitor guest needs and incidents during their stay. * Handle billing, collections, and cash drawer reconciliation. * Review and verify documentation received from the reservations department. * Inform guests about hotel services, schedules, and activities. * Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance the guest experience. **Night Concierge** * Attend to and support guests during the night shift. * Manage arrivals, departures, and incidents outside regular operating hours. * Conduct supervision rounds throughout facilities and common areas. * Ensure security, order, and proper operation of the property during nighttime hours. * Record and report incidents, malfunctions, or updates to the incoming team. * Provide information and assistance regarding hotel services. * Collaborate with the front desk on administrative and operational tasks specific to the night shift. * **Requirements:** --------------- ***What do we need from you?*** We seek individuals with a service-oriented mindset, strong customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment—working professionally and paying close attention to detail. **Mandatory** * Prior experience in customer service, hotel reception, or similar roles. * Guest orientation and service vocation. * Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility and commitment to service quality. * Availability to work rotating shifts (including night shifts for the Night Concierge position). * Language proficiency. ***Are you interested?*** If you wish to join a growing project within the hospitality sector and contribute to delivering a memorable experience for our guests, we would love to meet you.
