




Job Summary: We are seeking a customs operations manager to handle import/export documentation, coordinate processes, and resolve incidents in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Key Responsibilities: 1. Process coordination and incident resolution We are looking for a professional to manage customs operations in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The role involves processing import and export documentation, reviewing invoices and delivery notes to ensure full regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will coordinate processes with other departments, resolve any issues arising during customs clearance, register data in the system, and handle invoicing. A Higher Vocational Training qualification (Grado Superior) in Administration and Finance is required, along with prior experience in the sector. Proficiency in computer tools and immediate availability for a full-time temporary contract are essential. Working hours will be rotating Monday to Friday, alternating morning shifts. A personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting to the workplace, as well as the ability to optimize processes. Higher Vocational Training qualification, Bachelor's degree in Administration and Finance or equivalent. Minimum two years of verifiable experience in customs agencies. Solid knowledge of customs procedures. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). Flexibility in working hours and immediate availability to start. A personal vehicle is required.
