Olsen, S.A., we are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Technician for both the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria**, to join our in-house Prevention Service. You will become part of a dynamic, committed, excellence-oriented team with extensive sector expertise, offering you ample opportunities for professional development. **WE OFFER** * Indefinite-term contract. * Possibility to work from Santa Cruz de Tenerife or Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. * Immediate integration into an internationally renowned company. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with your experience. * Hybrid work model with remote work option. * Opportunities for development and training within the Organization. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct general and specific occupational risk assessments in the preventive specialties of occupational safety and industrial hygiene. * Plan preventive actions, as well as monitor and track their implementation. * Carry out periodic checks of working conditions; conduct safety inspections and prepare reports. * Manage emergency plans for workplaces, including coordination of drills. * Manage coordination of business activities. * Liaise and coordinate with the Occupational Health Surveillance Service (SPA) regarding workers’ health monitoring. * Attend and participate in Health and Safety Committee meetings. * Deliver training and information on occupational safety and health risks. * Lead investigations into significant accidents or incidents. * Develop technical instructions and work procedures. * Design and implement development projects for the department. **Requirements:** --------------- * Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties. * Over five years’ experience as a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician in in-house, external, or shared Prevention Services. * University degree. * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel geographically to conduct workplace visits.
