Newrest is seeking a **SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER, WITHIN THE GRADUATE PROGRAM**, for its catering operations in Spain in the Canary Islands (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria). **MISSIONS:** #### **We are looking, for our "Graduates" program, for individuals with curiosity, ambition, and interest in achieving strong and immediate international professional development.** We offer an initial one-year indefinite contract, during which the selected candidate will receive training across all departments at the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria facility: Warehouse, production, warehouse, ramp, quality... Newrest commits to a constant process of improvement and innovation for its clients, to the well-being and advancement of its employees and managers, to the sustainable and long-term development of the company, and to full respect for social and environmental values in all its activities. **To carry out the main responsibilities, digital collaborative tools will be used, along with our ERP Winrest system, and data analysis will be performed to improve processes and productivity.** RESPONSIBILITIES * Place monthly orders with companies or production based on previously made stock forecasts. * Process required customs documentation to receive goods, verify them, and distribute them to departments. * Check daily consumption on the scheduling sheet. * Monitor inventory of received materials through the Office. * Ensure hygiene standards for catering materials according to ISO regulations. * Conduct material inventories and send reports to airlines and the Billing Department. * Administrative tasks: filing documentation. * Liaise with airlines, collect incident reports or information regarding material changes, and communicate these to staff. * Coordinate with various suppliers and distributors to ensure products reach their final destination at the right time and under appropriate conditions. * Education: Industrial, mechanical or systems engineering, Economics, Business Administration, food industry..., Master's degree in Systems, Logistics or similar fields. * Proficient user of Office software. #### * **Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.** * Immediate availability. * Willingness to travel. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. **ABOUT Newrest:** Newrest's values are humility, simplicity, efficiency, and sense of responsibility.
