As evidence, we are strategic partners of **Gradhoc**, an advanced software solution enabling optimal management of refrigeration and air-conditioning system assets. We are seeking a person to join our **People and Talent Management** team, eager to grow within a dynamic environment and participate in recruitment, talent development, and HR data analytics (*People Analytics*) projects. **What will you do?** * End-to-end management of selection processes: job posting, CV screening, interviews, and coordination with department heads. * Support for talent attraction and retention initiatives. * Monitoring new hires through follow-up meetings, feedback collection, and report preparation. * Collaboration on People Analytics reports and data analysis. * Support in labor-related and personnel administration tasks, coordinated with the rest of the HR team. * Participation in other departmental projects and initiatives related to talent development and organizational effectiveness—such as employee engagement surveys. **What do we offer?** * Joining a well-established and growing company. * Participation in projects with direct impact on people and the organization. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * From June to September: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–15:00. * For the rest of the year: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00. * Every Friday throughout the year: 08:00–14:00. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar duties. * Education in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields. * Interest in recruitment, talent management, and People Analytics. * Strong communication and organizational skills.
