Maximize hotel sales and revenue through promotion of Upselling/Cross-selling. * Ensure customers receive a fast and efficient check-in and check-out process. If applicable, be familiar with the digital check-in process to assist guests accordingly. * Handle customer incidents, communicating actions taken to the responsible person.
