At PACTO ETT, we are looking for people passionate about hospitality (housekeeping, dining room, kitchen) to join our team in Fuerteventura. As part of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while they enjoy their stay. Main responsibilities depending on the position Housekeeping: * Clean and disinfect rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. * Restock supplies such as towels, soaps, and cleaning products. * Report any damage or maintenance needs of the facilities. * Perform cleaning services according to hotel standards. * Collaborate with the cleaning team to ensure efficient service. * Professionally attend to special guest requests. Dining Room: * Attend to and assist guests during their stay in the restaurant and common areas. * Prepare and set up the dining area before and during service. * Assist in organizing special events as instructed. * Take orders and serve food and drinks promptly and courteously. * Collaborate with the kitchen and reception teams to ensure a smooth experience. * Transport and manage tableware and utensils during service. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area. * Comply with the hotel's quality standards and hygiene regulations. Kitchen: * Supply, control, and manage the assigned station. * Store food properly. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area, refrigerators, freezers, utensils, and tools, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Preparation and assistance in cooking dishes and plating for presentation and service. * Assist in plating and service as needed by the team. * Hand over shift reports to the next shift. * Assist in training new colleagues. * Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team. * Sort waste and keep garbage areas tidy. * Replenish materials and ingredients at workstations.
