The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the monitoring, technical and financial justification of public and private grants obtained by the organization, guaranteeing compliance with the requirements set by funders. Your work will be key to ensuring transparency, traceability, and financial sustainability of funded projects, actively contributing to the organization's social impact. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Grant Monitoring and Justification: * Monitor the technical and financial aspects of public and private grants. * Verify and validate expense eligibility according to national regulations and specific funder requirements. * Prepare and submit financial and technical justifications within established deadlines. * Maintain up-to-date supporting documentation for each project. Administrative Support and Internal Coordination: * Collaborate with project and accounting teams to ensure correct expense allocation and budget control. * Manage digital platforms required for grant submissions and their justifications. * Provide administrative support for tasks within the grants and projects area. **Requirements:** --------------- Education and Experience: * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields. * Minimum of 2\-3 years of experience in grant management and justification, especially within the third sector or nonprofit organizations. * Practical knowledge of national and European grant regulations. Competencies: * Organized, meticulous person with strong analytical skills. * Ability to work autonomously and make decisions based on regulations. * High attention to detail and deadline adherence. * Good communication skills to coordinate with different teams. Key Skills: * Proficiency in Excel and other economic analysis and tracking tools. * Experience using digital grant management platforms (FONDOS NEXTGEN, FONDOS FEDER, SEDES ELECTRÓNICAS, etc.). * Previous experience with tools such as ContaSol, FacturaSol and/or project management CRMs will be valued.
