We are over 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, with a multicultural, startup-oriented culture that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and the creation of high-impact solutions for our clients. **We are looking for: UiPath RPA Developer** **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain RPA automation solutions using UiPath, ensuring compliance with standards, best practices, and defined guidelines. * Analyze business and technical requirements to assess automation feasibility, considering timelines, costs, and scope. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in solution design, actively participating in working sessions and technical reviews. * Implement integrations with external systems, data handling, exception management, and validations within automation workflows. * Ensure proper documentation, version control, testing, and deployment of automation assets. * Contribute to continuous solution improvement through analysis and resolution of complex technical issues. **Requirements:** Mandatory: * Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent advanced technical/vocational training. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a UiPath Developer in production environments. * Strong knowledge of RPA development, workflow design, and automation best practices. * Experience in data handling, integrations (APIs, databases), and exception management. * Solid knowledge of SQL and data structures. * Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Proficiency with lifecycle management and version control tools such as Jira, GitHub, or similar.
